Pupil mentoring

Our staff have a wealth of experience and develop an excellent rapport with pupils. This can sometimes allow them to support children beyond the classroom. 

We mentor groups of children in who may be disengaged or disadvantaged in some way. This support can involve personal safety when travelling to and from school, work on self-esteem & resilience, as well as raising aspiration and confidence.  

Primary School Leadership Certificate (PSLC)

Our Primary School Leadership Certificate (PSLC) is a 10 week programme which introduces leadership skills to Year 5 and 6 pupils. It involves communication, organisation, teamwork and leadership skills. The programme concludes with them designing, organising and delivering a short activity for a younger Year group in the school.

This course is a great option when training Peer Mediators, Playground Buddies and Young Leaders.
